Photo proofs  are typically ready 10 days after the photoshoot for schools. Once they are ready, you will receive an email at the address provided, with a link and password to your secure gallery. 

If you have not received an email two weeks after your Picture Day, please check your junk or spam folder for an email from Mementos. If you have not received it, please contact at us [email protected].

You have two options to receive your physical photos. At check out, you can choose “Ship to me”, to have them mailed to your home for a standard price of $3.00, or “I’ll Pickup”, to pick up during one of photo delivery sessions which will be held later in the season.

Yes. As in previous years, Mementos Photography will visit each team on the field to take a team photo. No individual photos will be offered on the field. 

The team photo is taken on the field during a regular practice, of all players present on the assigned date. A digital copy of this photo will be sent to all parents at no cost at the end of the season.

The team composite is created digitally from individual photos. If enough players in your team participate, we will create this digital  composite and print a complimentary 5×7 copy for all players.

When your gallery is ready, you will receive an email with a link and password. Click on the link and enter your password. You will see a gallery with all the photos. We use a friendly and secure online purchase system through which you can buy individual pics or packages, in digital versions, prints and other cool items such as Player Cards.

To buy digital photos, hover over the photo of your choice and click on the cart. In the menu that appears on the right, select Packages, if the photo is to be part of a Package, or Items if you want to buy it alone. For a step-by-step guide, watch the Tutorial below.

To put together a package, hover on any photo and click on the cart. In the menu that appears on the right, select Packages. Choose the package that you want. Some are digital, some are prints and some a combination. The next window will allow you to choose what photos you want to include in your package. The Mementos Photography authentication platform is Paypal Merchant. We receive all credit cards and you, as a customer do not need to create or have an account with PayPal.

Immediately after buying the photos you will receive two messages. One says: Your order has been placed! The second says: Link to download your digital downloads purchase from Mementos Photography.

If you don’t see these messages in your inbox, please check the spam folder. Otherwise, contact us to follow up.

If you cannot see the gallery and see this message it is because the date to accept orders has expired and the gallery is closed. Please contact us via email or through the form on this page requesting us to reactivate your gallery. Keep in mind that you may have missed the bulk shipment date and may therefore be required to pay extra shipping.

Prints will typically be delivered to you (or your school or league) within 10 days of the gallery closing. Special orders, such as player cards or mugs, may sometimes take a bit longer.
